What is eziPass?

eziPass is developed and marketed by Tower Systems to give newsagents direct access to a range of electronic products and services. eziPass is supplied with electronic products and services by Touch Networks Pty Ltd, which offers over 200 electronic products and services in 18 different categories. eziPass offers a wide selection of mobile recharge, internet recharge and calling card products. Other products in the Touch product suite include tourist attraction tickets, fishing licences, tollway passes and transport tickets even magazine subscriptions.

How do I sign up?

Follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Download the forms from the signup page. If you can't download the forms, call Tower Systems on (03) 9524 8000 7am - 6pm to request forms by mail or fax.
  2. Fill in forms and follow instructions for returning them to Touch Networks.
  3. Touch Networks will establish your account and send you some simple instructions for activating eziPass on your point of sale computers. Follow these instructions and then you will be ready to start selling!

How long is the contract?

You are not locked into a contract for any set time period. A merchant agreement between you and Touch Networks Pty Ltd governs the terms and conditions of use of the service. The first time you use the service you are accepting the agreement (which is provided to you along with your activation codes). The agreement can be cancelled at any time and without penalty. Whos is the agreement with?

The agreement is with Touch Networks Pty Ltd. The first time you use the service you are accepting the agreement. The only paperwork to sign is a simple registration form and a direct debit authority form with Touch Networks Pty Ltd to facilitate the weekly account sweep for recharge product sold. Can I use this with Bill Express of DialTime?

There is nothing from the eziPass or Touch Networks side to stop you selling products through our service while retaining a Bill EXPRESS or DialTime relationship.Top of Page

What if I want to stop using eziPass?

No worries – just stop. There are no fees when you stop using eziPass.Top of Page

Are there any commissions paid to any other parties?

The only commissions paid on transactions processed through eziPass are to the newsagent, and to Touch Networks for the use of their network.Top of Page

Will Touch Networks or other suppliers pay fees to Tower Systems?

To ensure the maximum possible return for newsagents, Tower Systems does not receive any fees from Touch Networks or any other suppliers.Top of Page

What do I do about my Bill EXPRESS or DialTime contract?

This is a choice only you can make. Some Bill EXPRESS / DialTime contracts we have seen require 180 days notice if you do not wish to extend the contract. It is important that you know the timing of your current contract if you would like to replace Bill EXPRESS / DialTime with eziPass.Top of Page

Do you have a banking relationship to provide lower fees?

Yes. While eziPass can be used with any banking terminal, St. George/ Bank SA provides eziPass customers very competitive rates. Click Here.Top of Page

What does eziPass currently not offer that Bill EXPRESS or DialTime does?

In telco products, eziPass does not currently offer Optus recharge. But we are working on this, and as our retail network grows, we will become more valuable to these companies. eziPass does not currently offer bill payment.Top of Page

What does eziPass have which is not currently available through Bill EXPRESS or DialTime?

The range of vouchers and other electronic products is always growing. With eziPass, newsagents have access to a range of products not offered by DialTime, including SkyBus tickets, attractions tickets for entry into a wide variety of tourist attractions around Australia (eg. Sea World, Movie World, Sydney Opera House, Sydney Aquarium, Melbourne Museum and many more. eziPass also enables you to sell music and movie downloads, magazine subscriptions and fishing licences.Top of Page

When will other products be added?
